At New Day Sports, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If for any reason, you are not, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days* of your purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in new condition, with original packaging, tags attached, and unworn. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, sports drinks, gels, magazines, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, or gift cards cannot be returned. 

*Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. 

    Refunds (if applicable) 

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Original shipping costs and fees (if applicable) are non-refundable. We reserve the right to reject the refund if the item does not follow the indications stated above.

    If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically issued to your original payment method. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for it to be reflected. If you have not received the refund after five (5) business days, contact your financial institution. If you have done it and still have not received your refund, don't hesitate to contact us at help@newdaysports.com.

      Sale Items (if applicable) 

      Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded but may be exchanged. All clearance sales are final - Clearance items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

      Exchanges (if applicable) 

      Please return your original item(s) and place a new order. We will ship your new order reducing the wait time for replacement items. Once we receive and process your return, we will issue a credit to your original payment method. Original shipping costs, fees (if applicable), and the pre-paid return label rate are non-refundable. 

       

      Returns by Mail Options 

      To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

      It takes 3–5 business days to process a return after it arrives at our facility.

      With a Prepaid Label

      To make shipping a return even easier, we offer a flat-rate $6.95 shipping label for eligible U.S. customers returning products that don’t need to ship freight, such as snowboards, skis, bike tailgates, racks, or any other product that exceeds 25 inches or more on any of its sides.

      RETURN FORM

      As soon as you receive your label, print it, tape it to the outside of your return package, and drop it off at your nearest shipping carrier store. If you receive a refund, the cost of $6.95 will be deducted from your refund.

      Without a Prepaid Label 

      You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

      We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If the return is approved, write the RMA + Order # (E.g., RMA #0000-NDS) on the outside of your package and ship it to the following address:

      We highly recommend using a traceable shipping service such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS Priority Mail since we are not responsible if the package is lost in transit.
